Robotic Welding Technician Growth & Automation

Global Power Components is hiring a Robotic Technician to operate and support robotic welding systems in our Milwaukee production environment. You will work with cobots, manage setups, adjust parameters, and ensure quality welding through daily production cycles in a fast-paced facility.
The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, fixture validation, and collaboration with welding engineers and production teams to improve cell performance and throughput while maintaining a safe work environment.
