About the Position

We are currently seeking Non-CDL or CDL B Drivers for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position offers a pay rate of $20-$26 per hour (depending on experience) and involves delivering to grocery stores. The Non-CDL/CDL B Driver will be responsible for delivering freight directly to grocery stores, ensuring timely and efficient service. The routes typically start between 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM and can involve shifts of up to 12 hours, depending on volume. This role requires handling touch freight, including palletized freight and carts.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $20-$26 per hour
Schedule: Rotating schedules, 2-3 days off per week
Shifts: Shifts starting between 12:30 PM and 4 PM

Job Details

Equipment: 26-foot box truck with liftgate
Handling: Palletized freight and carts

Key Responsibilities

Deliver freight to grocery stores' front doors
Handle palletized freight by taking totes off pallets and using a dolly
Use liftgate to transport carts into the back coolers
Return any empties as needed
Rotate weekends as part of a 7-day operation

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Valid Driver's License or CDL B
Valid DOT Medical card
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
