QA Analyst

Quality Assurance AnalystETF has an immediate need for a quality assurance analyst for both functional and non-functional testing of data management solutions including a data lake, business intelligence, data quality, MDM, and data integration. Candidates must have experience doing QA work for a similar data platform with the ability to write SQL to support data analysis and reconciliation.ResponsibilitiesDraft quality assurance policies and procedures.Design, develop, and execute testing plansPerform analysis for adherence to agency policiesImplement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.Make recommendations and implement processes to utilize technology appropriately to support QA workProvide objective, accurate, and comprehensive feedback to team members with respect to defects and errors, including both quantitative and qualitative findingsMonitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progressEnsure that the final product satisfies the requirements and meets end-user expectationsIdentify areas for improvement to enhance the productCompile and analyze statistical data related to defectsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities RequiredExperience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing – 5 years oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills – 5 yearsExcellent verbal and written communication skills – 5 yearsMeticulous attention to detail – 5 yearsAbility to collaborate effectively with team members with different skill and experience levels – 5 years o Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and tasks – 5 years o Strong SQL skills – 3 yearsAbility to lead QA efforts independently – 2 years o Skilled in planning and organizing QA work – 2 yearsAbility to perform functional and non-functional testing for platform supporting ETL, MDM, data quality and business intelligence – 1 yearKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities PreferredAbility to automate test scripts for a data management platform supporting ETL, MDM, data quality and business intelligenceSkilled with agile project management tools such as JIRA o Skilled with test management tools such as Zephyr Knowledge of security and privacy best practicesCreative and innovative thinkerRequired Skills : SQL Additional Skills : AnalystThis is a high PRIORITY requisition.
