Senior SiC Power Device & Process Engineer

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in California is seeking a Staff SiC Device and Process Engineer to advance wide bandgap semiconductor technology and enable next-gen Vishay-Max SiC power devices. Based in California, you will drive design, simulation and fabrication for JFETs and high-voltage MOSFETs across fabrication teams. You will lead and collaborate on process integration, device characterization and reliability, with TCAD, MATLAB and MathCAD as core tools.
