Schedule: Day Shift PRN

How you'll make an impact in this role

Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

Assess, prepare and position patients for procedures. Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary.

Prepare, implement and document plan of care. Communicate patient's condition to physician before, during and after procedures.

Perform and/or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures.

Perform set up and provide equipment and supplies before, during and after procedures.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

BLS Provider: obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Licensed Registered Nurse: credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences: 1 year of cath lab experience preferred.
