We are looking for a driven and experienced maintenance & logistics professional with a deep understanding of maintenance and military operations, particularly as they impact and are impacted by logistics supportability.In this role, you will provide technical leadership and guidance on parts availability and their impacts to sustaining the F-35 fleet. You'll partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, maintenance, and logistics to improve processes, drive performance, and ensure supply supportability. If you enjoy solving complex challenges and influencing the inventory management strategy, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact on global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical subject matter expert on the impacts to supply supporting F-35 sustainmentAnalyze supply chain performance data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvementLead the design and implementation of process improvements that enhance readiness, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfactionProvide expert guidance to logistics, supply chain, and maintenance personnelDevelop and facilitate training programs to support the F-35 fleetCollaborate in the creation and refinement of logistics policies, procedures, and documentationBasic QualificationsHolds a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and/or military operations, with a focus in aviationHolds a minimum of 5 years of experience with logisticsExperience with supply chain analytics and/or performance metrics, including data analysis and reportingDemonstracted experience creating presentations and presenting to senior-level company executives and customersDemonstrated experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholdersDesired SkillsBachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.Customer Service/Customer Relationship Management Experience desiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Sustainment Supply Experience is a plusPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
