Deliver personalized speech therapy, focusing on various aspects such as language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Engage in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to build cohesive care plans.

Provide educational resources for patients and their families to foster progress and continued improvement outside of therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapies, ensuring a comprehensive continuum of care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational standards.

Remain at the forefront of your specialty through ongoing professional development and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

BLS certification required within 30 days of starting the role.

Expertise in evidence-based approaches for treatment across all age groups, with a keen understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
