Project Manager Opportunity - Mission Critical Data Centers

Do you have experience building Mission Critical Data Centers in the U.S.? Are you passionate about providing leadership on highly technical, large-scale projects? If so, this role is perfect for you!

A leading General Contractor specializing in data center projects is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex builds for national repeat clients. This is an incredible opportunity for career growth, with potential to evolve into a senior-level leadership role.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

At least 5 years of experience managing mission-critical data center projects.
Proven ability to lead technical, large-scale projects with excellence.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project schedules.
Oversee contract administration, including terms, documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
Complete monthly status reports, owner billings, and financial risk assessments.
Ensure project safety, schedule adherence, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Assist with preconstruction planning and manage the buy-out process.
Address constructability issues and ensure seamless project design execution.
Understand and manage contract terms, budgets, insurances, bonds, and change orders.
