Elder Services Case Aide

What You Will Do:
The Elder Services Case Aide is a non-exempt position responsible for supporting the Case Manager, Assistant Program Director, and Program Director.
- Assist with processing authorizations at the direction of the Case Manager
- Assist with resolving service delivery problems as needed at the direction of the Case Manager
- Assist with evaluating client eligibility for programs, including assistance with Medicaid eligibility, when appropriate
- Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation, including but not limited to maintaining client records
- Assist with internal file monitoring
- Provide clerical and client records support
- Track and keep current various service logs and calendars
- Complete required service reports as needed
- Communicate with potential clients for evaluation of services and provide appropriate referrals as needed
- Maintain established productivity requirements as established by the supervisor
- Perform all other duties as assigned

What You Will Need:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment preferred
- Considerable knowledge of community organization and resources
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must have considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain current, accurate records with efficiency
- Must successfully complete 701b Assessment training and receive certification within 12 months of employment.
- Must have a valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance coverage.
