What You’ll Do Manage a sophisticated family law caseload, including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and post-decree matters Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiations Develop strategic case plans tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances Draft and review pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements with precision and attention to detail Collaborate with attorneys and legal support teams in a high-accountability, team-oriented environment Build strong client relationships through responsive communication, empathy, and strategic guidance Contribute to a culture focused on growth, continuous improvement, and operational excellence What We’re Looking For Active Minnesota attorney license in good standing Experience handling Minnesota family law matters, including litigation and contested hearings Strong courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and case management abilities Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-moving legal environment Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship management skills A proactive mindset with a commitment to results, professionalism, and client care Why Join Martine Law?
