Facilities Manager

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Facilities Manager to lead multi-site workplace operations across five locations while serving as the operational lead for the Palo Alto headquarters. The role manages site coordinators, establishes service standards, and partners with executive assistants to ensure safe, efficient facilities that support business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop site coordinators across five company locations
• Establish operating standards, service expectations, and performance goals across all sites
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide training, feedback, and performance management
• Partner with executive assistants and internal departments to deliver coordinated facilities support
• Ensure consistent workplace execution while accommodating location-specific and business needs

Requirements

• Experience managing and developing site coordinators or similar operations teams
• Demonstrated ability to set standards and lead across multiple locations
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle planned work and shifting priorities
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and responsiveness in supporting executive-level operations
• Experience coordinating with vendors, IT, security, and building management
• Proven track record in facilities management or workplace operations
