Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician – Night Shift for a food manufacturing facility in Lebanon, Indiana. This role is a great fit for someone with strong industrial maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and keeping production running safely and efficiently.

Maintenance Technician Job Duties

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, including using PLC or computer-based systems.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with the Maintenance Supervisor and oversee contractors when needed.
• Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and complete daily and weekly maintenance reports.
• Assist with planning and supporting scheduled downtime and weekend plant lockout activities.

Schedule

2-2-3 schedule working 6PM-6:30AM

Maintenance Technician Pay

$33.67 per hour

Requirements (3–5 must-have qualifications)

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Experience with mechanical tools and basic electrical work, including welding, cutting, grinding, or circuit troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs safely and efficiently.
• Ability to use a computer to enter work orders, follow instructions, and document maintenance work.
