MRO Coordinator (Maintenance, Reliability, Operations)

PCI Pharma Services seeks an MRO Coordinator to manage spare parts inventory, maintain equipment availability, and support manufacturing operations in Bedford, NH. This position involves CMMS system management, inventory control, and coordination between purchasing and production teams in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory using CMMS system to ensure parts availability for work orders
• Coordinate with purchasing and receiving on part delivery schedules and confirmations
• Process electronic transactions for issuing, reserving, and closing materials to jobs
• Conduct cycle counts, stock checks, and periodic physical inventory audits
• Identify inventory discrepancies and perform root-cause investigations to resolve variances

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• CMMS or manufacturing inventory management software experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
