Tax Transformation Manager

Koch Industries, one of the largest private companies in America, is seeking a n International Tax Transformation Manager to join our growing T ax T ransformation t eam . This role provides a unique opportunity to increase and integrate your tax technical and innovation skills by driving holistic, technology-enabled solutions to complex tax calculations . This role can be based out of the Atlanta, GA, Plano , TX, or Wichita, KS office . What You Will Do Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver impactful solutions Analyze and improve tax and business processes using data-driven approaches and technology solutions Contribute to the development of internal tax data models and applications Extract, transform, and visualize data to support decision-making, and uncover opportunities for process optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, manage project timelines , test solutions, and ensure alignment with the business’ vision Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences Basic Qualifications Progressive career experience in U.S. Federal international taxation Advanced understanding and application of US/International tax policies and regulations and reporting requirements P rofessional experience in a role involving data analysis, business process improvement, tax, accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field . Experience performing analyses on large sets of data and presenting concise results to key stakeholders Demonstrated experience with at least one data analytics, visualization, or ETL tool ( e.g., SQL, Python, S nowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, etc . ) Ability to work effectively on multiple projects, manage priorities, and drive initiatives forward Experience mentoring , supervising, and developing staff and/or interns to build team capabilities , support professional growth , and deliver solutions What Will Put You Ahead Experience in a large corporate, consulting, or technology-driven environment Exposure to tax, accounting, or finance system implementations or process transformation initiatives Familiarity with a broad range of tax concepts Proficiency with O NESOURCE Income Tax , ONESOURCE Tax Provision , or similar software Benefits Medical, dental, vision Flexible spending and health savings accounts Life insurance, ADD, disability Retirement, paid vacation/time off, educational assistance May also include infertility assistance, paid parental leave and adoption assistance Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
