Deposit Operations Supervisor

: Salary Grade: Associate Location: Honesdale Corporate Offices Duties: Lead a high-performing Deposit Operations team; core team duties include deposit processing, reconciliations and balancing, exception processing, and card management. Provide research and resolution, in reference to court summons, subpoenas, garnishment, levies, and verifications. Assists Wayne Bank's Community Offices by providing customer support and guidance on compliance/procedures/policy. Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and bank procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Skills : Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills. Experience: 5 years of management experience, preferably in a banking environment. Banking operations experience with increasing responsibility. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, B.S. or B.A. degree preferred.
