Stokes Toyota Hilton Head - Bluffton, SC
Stokes Toyota Hilton Head is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Clerk to support our dealerships financial operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our leadership team. Key Responsibilities:- support the other accounting clerks /post and process deals new and used car deals.
- sending payments to lenders for vehicle payoff.
- calling lenders for title updates
- warranty cancellations and submissions.
- Assist with month-end close
- Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred, if not will train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Professional dependable and team-oriented.
We offer a competitive compensation based off of work experience. This a full time position that will require meeting deadlines.
