We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Industrial Painter & Sandblaster to join our production team. This position is responsible for preparing, sandblasting, painting, and coating manufactured components while maintaining high standards for quality, appearance, and safety.

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Industrial Painter & Sandblaster to join our production team. This position is responsible for preparing, sandblasting, painting, and coating manufactured components while maintaining high standards for quality, appearance, and safety.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare metal and manufactured surfaces for painting and coating.
- Perform sandblasting and surface preparation to remove rust, scale, paint, and other materials.
- Apply industrial paints and protective coatings according to production requirements.
- Perform color matching and ensure consistent paint coverage and finish.
- Inspect completed work for defects, proper coating, and overall quality.
- Follow established quality-control procedures and specifications.
- Operate painting and sandblasting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on equipment and work areas.
- Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
- Work with production team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial painting, sandblasting, assembly, maintenance, or construction is preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work required overtime.
- Ability to stand for approximately 90% of the workday .
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks.
- Ability to work on a manufacturing production floor.
- Must be able to work a four-day, 10-hour-per-day schedule .
- Must be available for mandatory overtime when requested by management.
