Commercial Sewing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support product development, manufacturing operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both at a computer and on the production floor—designing solutions, improving processes, and helping bring products from concept to production.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain part, assembly, and fixture models using SolidWorks
• Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications
• Design, build, and validate jigs, fixtures, and tooling
• Support new product development and production launches
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Develop work instructions and technical documentation
• Maintain engineering data within Epicor ERP
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Production, and Operations teams
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and cost

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience
• Strong proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings
• Experience with fabrication, machining, tooling, or fixture design
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
