Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Bring your expertise as a passionate Occupational Therapist to support students of all ages and abilities. This engaging, contract opportunity offers a chance to work onsite for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. You’ll collaborate with educators and families, providing vital OT services to elementary, middle, and high school students with a wide range of disabilities, from mild to severe. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7 hours per day, allowing you to make meaningful connections and lasting impacts.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with active Washington State certification
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
• Comfortable working with diverse disabilities and tailoring strategies to meet individual student needs
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic, school-based environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that meet IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to deliver holistic care and maximize student participation in school activities
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide consultation and training for staff to facilitate best OT practices in the classroom
• Support transition planning and help students build essential life skills
