We're looking for friendly, energetic full and part- time Servers who take pride in providing outstanding service. Our residents at Mountain Lakes Estates are at the heart of everything we do, and we're committed to creating a warm, welcoming dining experience that feels like home. Responsibilities
- Create a positive and memorable dining experience for every resident and guest.
- Welcome residents with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
- Respond promptly and courteously to requests, ensuring residents feel valued and well cared for.
- Prepare and maintain assigned dining sections to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for service throughout your shift.
- Accurately answer questions about menu items, beverages, and daily specials.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Pre-bus, clear, clean, and reset tables to keep the dining room inviting and service running smoothly.
- Support fellow team members during busy meal periods to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering a great resident experience.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
