Full-Time Clinical Team Leader (RN)

Role: Clinical Team Leader, serving as a charge nurse to ensure safe, therapeutic patient care and a well-managed environment. Responsibilities Include Providing front-line leadership and clinical decision-making for staff Developing staffing plans based on patient acuity and overseeing daily operations Monitoring workflow and adjusting staffing to meet fiscal goals Coordinating patient flow, admissions, and discharges efficiently Supporting department and organizational objectives such as patient experience, length of stay, and quality metrics Participating in process improvement initiatives and peer evaluations Assisting with investigations and other assigned duties Qualifications And Skills BSN from an accredited nursing program Charge nurse training and competency completion within 90 days if externally hired Current RN license in the state or a compact license Clinical certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP) aligned with clinical area requirements Advanced specialty certification or willingness to obtain within 2 years (e.g., CCRN, CEN, RNC) #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
