Pain Management Physician

Seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a growing, 11-location multispecialty group in Northern NJ. This role is highly procedure-focused, ideal for a provider who prioritizes interventional treatments over medication management. The position offers a balanced schedule, strong earning potential, and long-term partnership opportunities.

Position Highlights

• Focus on interventional pain procedures (minimal medication management emphasis)
• 3 office days / 2 procedural days per week
• Access to ambulatory surgical centers in both Sussex and Morris Counties
• Opportunity to work across multiple sites within a large multispecialty group
• EMG experience preferred but not required
• Base salary starting at $350K depending on experience - guaranteed salary first 2 years then transition to partnership model

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Physician
• Training and experience in Interventional Pain Management procedures
• Strong procedural skillset and interest in high-volume interventions
• NJ license (or ability to obtain)
• EMG capability is a plus
