In this role, you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping them feel safe, respected, and empowered as they work toward greater independence and live fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Do

Provide support with overnight care and ensure a safe, calm environment

Assist with daily living needs such as personal care, meals, and medication support

Offer encouragement, emotional support, and companionship

Help residents build independence and life skills

Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home environment

Accurately document care and communicate with team members

Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to support individualized care plans

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED

Caregiving or human services experience is a plus (we will train the right person!)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature

Ability to pass a background check

Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation

CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training links can be provided)

Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Male clients)
