Optical Associate – Full-Time | MKG Vision & White Lake Vision

We're not looking for optical experience. We're looking for you — the person who walks into a room and makes it better.

If you're naturally outgoing, genuinely love helping people, and have an eye for style, we'll teach you everything else. This is a full-time career role where you'll help patients find eyewear that fits their prescription, their lifestyle, and their personality — and you'll get really good at it.

What you'll do:

• Welcome patients and create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in
• Guide frame and lens selections based on prescription, lifestyle, and style
• Educate patients on advanced exam and lens technology
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage detailed documentation
• Explain insurance benefits and help patients maximize their coverage
• Handle the unexpected with patience and a sense of humor
