What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the go-to technical expert and trusted partner for a dedicated book of customers across the Midwest
• Travel onsite to deliver training, troubleshooting, and equipment testing for metal and plastic packaging components
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with customers who rely on you
• Run your territory like it's your own business — with full autonomy and strong company backing

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical experience
• Comfort with a travel-heavy lifestyle — up to 90% on the road
• A natural communicator who can translate technical knowledge into practical solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
