Pay Rate $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, work areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or security‑related issues to the appropriate personnel. Support closing and opening routines, observe alarm and camera activity when assigned, and complete required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
