Lead Residential HVAC Installer – Elkridge, MD

Pay Range: $30 – $60 per hour

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

Responsibilities:

• Lead residential HVAC installations

• Install/replace HVAC equipment

• Install ductwork and accessories

• Perform system start-up and testing

• Maintain documentation

• Train and mentor crew members

• Ensure clean work environments

• Communicate project status with customers

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Lead HVAC Installer

• EPA Universal Certification

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

• Ability to pass background check

• Ability to pass drug screen
