Position: Dental Hygienist We are currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities: As a Hygienist, you will provide direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, while also supporting office operations. Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to every patient. Perform direct patient care tasks, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride applications, and other related procedures under dentist supervision. Provide excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care. Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices. Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories. Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and organizational standards. Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed. Take x-rays and ensure they are saved in patient records when necessary. Create memorable patient experiences by demonstrating compassion towards patients and their families. Qualifications: Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire). We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
