Responsibilities Identify and cultivate technical leadership talent who will help build, deliver, and drive innovative technologies and services. Utilize various tools, resources, and sourcing methodologies to uncover and engage top talent. Develop meaningful long‑lasting relationships and ultimately match candidates with leadership opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to Google leaders, acting as a talent scout and providing market insights. Develop and own search strategies, deliver research, and drive searches forward with consistent experiences for hiring managers, applicants, and colleagues. Partner with executive leaders on high‑profile technical hires, providing domain and market insights and trends. Build relationships with passive applicants and talent for future opportunities. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes. Compensation The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $131,000–$192,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
