Role Overview The Stepdown RN provides specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to general units, focusing on monitoring and managing complex cardiac and telemetry patients. The Stepdown RN provides specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to general units, focusing on monitoring and managing complex cardiac and telemetry patients.
