Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists to join our team. Locations: Kirtland AFB, NM Job Description: Apply your expertise to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), you will play a key role in reducing injury risk and enhancing operational performance by creating individualized comprehensive strength and conditioning programs that integrate prehabilitation, performance-centered training, and recovery. The CSCS provides instructional support, data collection, and assists with reconditioning after aircrew injury. Duties and Responsibilities: Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts. Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation. Maintain data integrity and contribute to research. Other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related. 2+ years of experience in S&C for college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high performance environments. NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification Current CPR and AED certification. Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).
