Overview Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40‑bed, all‑boys program located on 236 acres at the foot of the Poteau Mountains. It offers a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive and achieve their full potential. Pay $17.75 – $18.82 per hour based on education and experience. Staff must observe and follow all site safe driving policies and procedures and provide encouragement, guidance, and resources to staff and students when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 26 years of age Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical, and TB test Must pass a search of the Child and Adult Abuse Central Registry Must have a current driver’s license and clean driving record Schedule Varies.
