Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day functions as an LCSW will involve a range of impactful tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health and substance use backgrounds and developing tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Administering various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring a customized approach that resonates with each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and ensure a high standard of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care that addresses complex patient needs.

• Participating in case consultations and professional development workshops to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in clinical social work.

• Providing education and information to clients and their families about available treatment options, mental health issues, and community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Staying updated on the latest research and best practices in the field to continuously refine and improve therapeutic approaches and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of individuals navigating recovery from substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse population, offering your expertise and compassion to help guide them through difficult times and support them in achieving their treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution reflecting your advanced education in the field.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, specializing in psychotherapy.

• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques and the ability to modify interventions based on individual client needs.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients swiftly.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, equipping you to address emerging challenges effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
