Airtron Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time Sales Rep - HVAC Technician to join our trusted team in Austin, TX, serving Austin and surrounding cities. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $18+, based on experience, plus monthly spiffs on equipment and accessory sales.Enjoy generous benefits too! This role includes an on-call rotation, ensuring you remain an essential part of the team. You'll be dispatched directly from your home to job sites-no need to report to a central office before your shift, except for occasional meetings.As a Sales Rep - HVAC Technician, you will start your day by heading straight from home to your first job in the Austin area. Throughout the day, you will troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems, always representing Airtron with professionalism and integrity. You will promote company-approved products and replacement options, offering trusted recommendations to homeowners.
