The Senior Manager will lead a global team of employees, contractors, and off-shore resources specializing in Microsoft technologies. This role is responsible for architecting, maintaining, and advancing both the on-premises Microsoft environment and cloud-based platforms, including Azure and Microsoft 365. As the subject matter expert for corporate Microsoft solutions, the successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with proven leadership and management skills to drive innovation and operational excellence.Major Activities/Key ChallengesDevelop, implement, evaluate, procure, and/or support computer systems and information solutions that meet the needs of the customer and add the most value to the company. This is to be accomplished by utilizing technically sound methods of investigation, analysis, design, planning, and scheduling.Establish and maintain a high level of customer interaction in order to identify and recommend computer and business solutions to effectively and efficiently satisfy the data processing and information requirements of the business.
