Why This Role

The Growth Office is a new and strategically important function at Kelly — and this role is at the center of building its financial foundation. As the GO stands up and integrates into Kelly's broader operating structure, the Finance Support role be the connective tissue between the GO, Kelly's ETM, SETT, and EDU finance teams, and the Sales COE, ensuring that commercial activity, workforce analytics, and financial reporting are aligned and visible across the enterprise.

This is a build role. The scope will evolve as the GO matures, and the allocations reflect that — equal weight across four areas by design, recognizing that what matters most will shift over time. The right person is energized by that ambiguity and ready to grow into broader finance leadership as the function develops.

About the Role

The Finance Support, Growth Office is the primary finance support for GO leadership and a key collaborator across Kelly's ETM, SETT, and EDU finance functions and the Sales COE. The role spans four equally weighted areas: cross-BU process integration, business partnership and strategic account support, workforce and sales pipeline analytics, and FP&A.

This is not a traditional close-and-report finance role. The GO Finance Support will spend as much time building analytics frameworks and partnering on commercial decisions as on planning and forecasting — and will be expected to create structure in areas where none yet exists.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-BU Process Integration (25%)

• Partners with Finance Managers and Directors across Kelly's ETM, SETT, and EDU finance teams to align GO financial processes, planning assumptions, and reporting cadences
• Collaborates with the Sales COE and BU teams to ensure GO planning is connected to enterprise growth needs
• Serves as the GO representative in cross-functional finance initiatives

Business Partnership & Strategic Account Support (25%)

• Serves as the day-to-day financial partner for GO leadership and account leads
• Supports strategic account performance reporting, forecasting, and post-deal analysis
• Provides pricing support and customer profitability visibility in alignment with ETM, SETT, and EDU finance teams

Workforce Analytics & Sales Pipeline Reporting (25%)

• Supports headcount and role alignment, productivity metrics, and KPIs for the GO sales, account management, and support workforce
• Builds andmaintainssales pipeline analytics including conversion to revenue and alignment to BU growth forecasts

FP&A & Forecasting (25%)

• Supports the GO forecast and budget cycles, including monthly P&L updates and variance commentary versus budget, prior forecast, and prior year
• Maintains financial models to evaluate pricing, revenue initiatives, and GP improvement opportunities

What You Will Own

Cross-BU Process Integration

• Partner with Finance Managers and Directors across Kelly's BUs — including ETM, SETT, and EDU — to align GO financial processes, planning assumptions, and reporting cadences
• Collaborate with the Sales COE and ETM, SETT, and EDU finance teams to ensure GO planning and reporting is connected to enterprise growth needs and forecasts
• Ensure GO is integrated into enterprise planning cycles (budget, forecast) with consistentmethodologyand clean handoffs
• Build and document GO finance processes so institutional knowledge is scalable and not person-dependent
• Identifyand resolve process gaps between GO and BU finance workflows (ETM, SETT, EDU) before they create reporting or planning risk

Business Partnership & Strategic Account Support

• Serve as the trusted day-to-day financial partner for GO leadership, translating results into clear, actionable insights that drive better decisions
• Own strategic account performance reporting and forecasting — providing GO and account leads withtimely,accuratefinancial visibility
• Conduct post-mortem analysis on strategic account deals, synthesizing financial outcomes to inform future pricing and pursuit decisions
• Support customer profitability and pricing analysis in alignment with account leads, ETM, SETT, and EDU finance teams, and the pricing function
• Provide proactive commentary on financial trends, surfacing risks and opportunities within the GO P&L before they become surprises

Workforce Analytics & Sales Pipeline Reporting

• Support headcount and role alignment analysis for the GO sales, account management, and support workforce, partnering with the Sales COE on productivity metrics and KPIs
• Build andmaintainsales pipeline analytics, including conversion-to-revenue tracking and alignment to BU growth needs and forecasts
• Collaborate with Sales COE and ETM, SETT, and EDU teams to ensure pipeline data and workforce metrics are consistent,accurate, and decision-ready
• Develop reporting frameworks that give GO leadership clear visibility into the health and trajectory of the commercial organization

FP&A & Forecasting

• Support the GO forecast and budget cycles, including preparation of monthly P&L updates and variance commentary versus budget, prior forecast, and prior year
• Develop andmaintainfinancial models to evaluate pricing strategies, revenue initiatives, and GP improvement opportunities within the GO portfolio
• Ensure forecast assumptions reflect current operational and market realities, updated as the GO business evolves
• Support executive and board-level presentations withaccurate, well-framed financial analysis

What We Are Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus
• 5–7 years of progressive finance experience withdemonstratedstrength across FP&A, business partnering, and analytics
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across teams or business units with different operating norms and priorities — this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Experience with sales analytics, pipeline reporting, or commercial finance preferred alongside traditional FP&A skills
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advancedproficiencyin Excelrequired
• Clear, confident communicator — able to translate complex financial and commercial data into concise narratives for non-finance audiences
• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building structure where itdoesn'tyet exist
• Experience in a matrixed organization — reporting into finance while partnering closely with sales and business leadership

Preferred

• Experience in the staffing industry, professional services, or a BPO environment
• Familiarity with Workday Financial Management or similar ERP and CRM platforms
• Background supporting a newly formed or integrating business function

Base pay range for this position is $92,400 - $123,200 per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
