Midnimo Restaurant is looking for a dependable Dishwasher / Prep Cook to help keep our kitchen clean, organized, and stocked. This position is essential to our kitchen team and includes both dishwashing and basic food preparation.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the area clean and organized.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Take out trash and recycling.
- Prep vegetables, rice, sauces, and other ingredients.
- Portion food according to restaurant standards.
- Restock supplies.
- Assist cooks during busy periods.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications
- No experience required. We will train.
- Able to stand for long periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Available to work mornin, evenings and weekends.
