We're seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient healthcare team. In this role, you'll evaluate and treat patients through individualized rehabilitation programs that improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. You'll work closely with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license

• 2+ years of PT experience, ideally in an outpatient orthopedic or medical practice setting

• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles, evaluations, and treatment planning

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:  

• Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Deliver physical therapy interventions and adjust care based on progress

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs

• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and state regulations
