This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a busy OR environment with a focus on surgical patients across various specialties including General, Trauma, Orthopedics, Vascular, Gynecology, Urology, Bariatrics, and Thoracic procedures. The position requires experienced OR RNs to support the surgical team with patient care before, during, and after procedures in a fast-paced setting. Job Details Role: OR Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Winchester, VA Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Must have 2 years of OR experience, Epic EMR experience, and current ACLS, BLS (AHA only), and VA State License or Compact license. Preferred Qualification: Experience with Robots, General, Trauma, Orthopedics, Vascular, Gynecology, Urology, Bariatrics, and Thoracic surgeries. Responsibilities include providing perioperative nursing care, assisting surgeons, maintaining sterile procedures, and ensuring patient safety throughout all phases of surgery. Additional Information: No float rotation required. On-call participation can include weekends, with 6-8 calls per month.
