Kocourek Automotive is looking for an Automotive F&I Manager to join our team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role for someone who knows how to build trust, loves working with people, understands the numbers, and knows how to close a deal the right way.

Our F&I Managers are an important part of the customer experience. You'll guide customers through the financing process, introduce protection products and options, work with lending partners, and help make the final step of purchasing a vehicle smooth, professional, and memorable.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the vehicle financing and insurance process from start to finish.
• Present financing options, warranties, protection products, insurance, and other value-added products.
• Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and our internal teams.
• Work with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options.
• Prepare accurate, complete, and legally compliant transaction documentation.
• Protect the customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability.
• Use strong communication and negotiation skills to help customers make confident decisions.
• Partner with the sales team and help develop their understanding of financing and F&I products.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and dealership systems.
• Monitor performance, profitability, and other key F&I metrics.
• Stay current on financial products, lending practices, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
• Follow Kocourek policies and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or in a similar automotive finance role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending practices, F&I products, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM and dealership management systems.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet performance goals.
• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred: Experience in a high-volume dealership and/or AFIP certification or equivalent.

Schedule

Five days per week, with additional hours as necessary based on business needs.
Dress Code

Kocourek-branded, pressed shirt with black, dark gray, or blue dress pants. Shoes and belt should coordinate, socks should complement the attire, and facial hair should be clean, well-trimmed, and groomed.
