The rate is determined by experience.When will you work?New-hire education consists of one week of paid in-classroom training at our Manhattan, KS location; Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM CST. You will learn about our state-of-the-art laboratories and impressive shipping and warehousing operations. Weeks 2-4: M–F, 8:30 AM–5 PM CST, fully onsite. Month 2: M–F, 11:30 AM – 8 PM CST, fully onsite.Upon successful completion of new-hire training, initial work schedules will be Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM – 8PM CST until the next shift bid, where this may change. All Customer Care employees participate in regular shift bids where work schedules are awarded to each employee based on tenure and performance. This affords every agent the ability to regularly compete and be awarded a more desirable schedule.The position operates on a hybrid schedule after the 2-month training period, working on-site in the office (5) days per week. After the 2-month training period, established agents may begin a hybrid schedule.
