Desired Qualifications:
- Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid State Department of Education certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
- Familiarity with best practices in behavioral interventions and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret findings to guide interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective educational strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational plans
- Offer crisis intervention and short-term counseling when needed
- Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and interventions to maximize student success
- Assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
