Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable Coordinator Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client on the northwest side of Indianapolis in search of an Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position will be working onsite. Hourly pay: $25 - $33 /hr based on level experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enters payables into GL system after performing 3‑way matches. Ensures compliance with accounting policies. Produce weekly reports requesting cash requirements for weekly payments. Process AP Check run selections in the system. Track receipts of goods that haven't been entered into GL system for accrual entries. Assist in set‑up of new suppliers in the system. Respond to vendor inquiries as needed. Reconcile supplier statements. Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management. Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $33.00/hr. Additional benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan. Potential discretionary bonuses.
