Corporate Counsel - Government Contracts

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting government contracting compliance and legal operations, the full-time remote Corporate Counsel - Government Contracts will assist with compliance program execution, audits, training initiatives, and contract reviews while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and outside counsel. Key responsibilities Support compliance programs related to U.S. Government contracting requirements, including FAR and DFARS Assist in identifying compliance risks and monitor regulatory developments impacting government contractors Help develop and deliver compliance training for employees, and prepare internal compliance guidance and reference materials Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school 2-5+ years of experience in government contracts or regulatory compliance Familiarity with FAR/DFARS concepts and government contracting compliance frameworks Experience supporting audits and compliance reviews Highly meticulous and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
