This 400-bed facility provides comprehensive medical services with dedicated neonatal care capabilities. The institution maintains specialized units for neonatal intensive care with appropriate staffing models to ensure quality patient outcomes. The hospital supports collaborative care approaches with experienced clinicians available for consultation and emergency situations.

Florida offers a range of outdoor and recreational attractions for visiting clinicians, including wildlife-focused experiences such as airboat tours, bioluminescence tours, and dolphin-watching excursions. Natural landmarks such as the Ten Thousand Islands and the Orlando Wetlands, recognized as the largest man-made wetlands in the country, provide notable destinations for outdoor exploration including bird observation. Clinicians will provide specialized neonatal care through 24-hour in-house shift coverage on an inpatient, on-site basis. Responsibilities include managing critical neonatal patients and performing required neonatal procedures in a NICU setting.
