Mercury is seeking a Customer Support Systems & Analytics Architect to own the data strategy and reporting function within the Customer Support organization. As our operations grow, you will manage data across Zendesk and our AI Agent to drive informed decision-making. You will partner with CS leadership, Strategy and Ops, and cross-functional teams to build scalable reporting infrastructure, ensure data quality, and translate insights into action for resourcing, tooling, process improvements, #J-18808-Ljbffr Mercury
