- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, while adapting these techniques to meet the specific needs of your clients. \n
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and ensure seamless treatment pathways for clients. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research and trends in mental health, attending workshops, and participating in training programs. \n
As an LPC with Community Health Network, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Your clients may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve building therapeutic alliances with clients from various backgrounds, helping them to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and navigate their personal journeys toward healing and recovery.

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling or therapeutic services, preferably in a clinical or telehealth setting. \n
- Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to counseling practices. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, which is commensurate with your caseload and experience.
