We are hiring an experienced Lead Installer to lead bathroom installations across Florida. We’re looking for a skilled professional with strong plumbing and remodeling experience who takes pride in quality work and knows how to lead a crew. What we offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Performance bonuses Medical and dental after 60 days Company box truck, tools, and materials provided Monday-Friday schedule No weekends Occasional overnight travel with hotel provided Responsibilities Lead bathroom installation projects from start to finish Supervise and support crew members on-site Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule Communicate job progress with operations Complete final walkthroughs and project photos Qualifications Strong plumbing experience required License preferred 3+ years of construction/remodeling experience 1+ year of acrylic bath system experience preferred Previous crew leadership experience Valid driver’s license Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening Willingness to travel overnight as needed in Florida Growth opportunities We are growing quickly and looking for leaders who want to grow with us.
