The City of Roseburg, Oregon seeks a Class & Compensation Consultant to assess and modernize its non-represented employee classification and pay plan. The engagement covers ~40 employees across ~30 classifications, with emphasis on equity, market competitiveness, and practical pay structure updates. The consultant will review job descriptions, perform market surveys, and deliver actionable recommendations, including FLSA classifications and implementation steps, in collaboration with City HR and #J-18808-Ljbffr
