Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary This role is an Advanced Practice Provider in the Endocrinology practice at Cherry Hill and Woodbury Heights. The APP will manage patients under physician oversight, focusing on comprehensive care for patients with diabetes and weight management services. The provider works closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Schedule Full‑time position Five eight‑hour shifts per week Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive diabetes patient care in an outpatient endocrinology setting. Perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow‑up care. Collaborate with supervising physicians and care team members, while managing patients independently. Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing. Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C). ACLS certification. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in diabetes or a related specialty. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Salary Range $83,200.00 – $208,000.00 per annum based on 40 hours per week. Specific rate determined by experience and education.
